Provider of igaming software solutions, Playson, managed to comply fully with the regulations of the Swedish online gambling market. The Malta-based company confirmed that it has passed with flying colors the security audit and further tests of Spel Inspektionen, the Swedish regulatory authority.
Spel Inspektionen announced that Playson is “fully compliant” with new Swedish online gambling law changes which came into effect on January 1, 2019. From now on, Playson will be able to provide the local market with certified products. Playson continues in this way, its strategy of targeting the regulated markets and following their regulatory frameworks with commitment, thus cementing its fame as a serious provider.
Playson’s Compliance Manager, Liubomyr Bedratiuk stated that the company’s games were already famous within the Swedish jurisdiction, but being officially certified gives the opportunity of expanding their popularity even more in this “important” market. He also added that Playson’s proprietary software has the infrastructure to recover from changes in the regulations.
