Play’n GO released its latest music slot which is devoted to the famous thrash metal band, Annihilator. The slot provider celebrates the band’s decades of being a frontrunner on the metal scene.
The major icon of the band, Jeff Waters is one of the most influential guitarists in the history of metal, having inspired bands like Megadeth. Mr. Waters was honored by the famous music author, Joel McIver who ranked him as the third-best guitar player in metal history in his book “The 100 Greatest Metal Guitarists”.
The slot, of course, includes some of the band’s most designated hits even from their latest album release, Ballistic. Jeff Waters himself also naturally features in the game as a wild while the features of “Annihilator” are named by the band’s most successful tracks or albums like Fun Palace, Set the World on Fire and In Command.
Play’n GO continues in the music path of metal, as this is the third metal-themed slot after “House of Doom” and “Sabaton” which enjoy a fair amount of success.
CPO of Play’n GO, Martin Zettergren commented that the collaboration with the metal band even included a visit to the group’s studio in the UK in order to capture the atmosphere, voice of Jeff Waters and the recordings of the band. He also expects that “Annihilator” will be a game offer that will satisfy both slot lovers and the fans of the band.
The slot will be available from April 23, 2021.
