1×2 Network secures Ontario license

1×2 Network, the premium online casino content supplier, has gained approval from Ontario regulators to launch its full suite of games in the Canadian providence.

The London-based casino games developer stated that its expansion in the Ontario market has successfully formed part of its broader strategy to provide its market-leading suite of table games and slots content in key regulated jurisdictions in Europe and beyond.

The launch includes popular games like the Blazing 777s, Wolf Strike, Phoenix Inferno, Battle Maidens Cleopatra, Book of Ba’al, and Battle Maidens, developed by the Iron Dog Studio and 1×2 Gaming subsidiaries.

The developer’s brands will lead 1×2 Network’s offering, and their products will be obtainable to all local operators, pending certification.

It already holds certifications in Romania, Spain, the UK, Malta, IOM, Gibraltar, Greece, Sweden, and Colombia.

Ontario marks the second Canadian market where 1×2 has gained a license since it already provides its games to Loto-Québec.

The firm has further laid out plans for a future roadmap of new games appealing to different player preferences, with a rollout set to commence soon.

Account Management and Marketing Director at 1X2 Network, Rory Kimber stated: “Ontario promises to be one of the largest online casino markets in North America, so it made absolute sense for 1X2 Network as a leading provider of premium slot and table game content to enter the province.”
